Bottle Green has developed a material that utilises recycled plastic bottles to manufacture School hats. These hats are made using R-PET and cotton to produce a material that looks, breathes and feels like 100% cotton, however it has superior performance characteristics. An additional benefit is that one sun hat contains the recycled plastic material from 2 x 1.25litre bottles.
