    As the new Vice President of Franchise Sales at Harris Research, Inc. (HRI), Knight is a man with a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to succeed as a franchisee. Having recently joined the world-class franchisor, he has learned the tricks of the trade from over 11 years of hard work in the franchising industry.

    Knight’s stops on the franchising circuit include Domino’s Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, Inc., Lenny’s Sub Shop and, most recently, Mrs. Fields Famous Brands. While at Lenny’s Sub Shop, he was a franchise development manager and a franchisee.
