    As the new Vice President of Franchise Sales at Harris Research, Inc. (HRI), Knight is a man with a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to succeed as a franchisee.     Knight’s stops on the franchising circuit include Domino’s Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, Inc., Lenny’s Sub Shop and, most recently, Mrs. Fields Famous Brands. While at Lenny’s Sub Shop, he was a franchise development manager and a franchisee.
