Dr. McKay completed his residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) in Wilmington, Delaware where he provided clinical eye care including the diagnosis and therapeutic management of ocular diseases including pre and post-operative management of cataract surgery, eye exams for diabetic eye disease, age related macular degeneration (AMD) and glaucoma as well as being a clinical care team member in rheumatology and neurology.
