(1888PressRelease) October 14, 2013 - As part of its mission to become number one provider of holiday rentals in Albania, Albania Property Group continued during September 2013 to expand its portfolio with holiday homes in South East part of Albania.

During September their team visited and recruited properties in the village of Tushemisht next to Ohrid Lake. Tushemisht is located 5 kilometers south of Pogradec town. This is a holiday destination well known among Albanians that want to avoid high temperatures in the peak summer. Being approx 600 meters from the sea level in summer people can have temperatures of 27-32 degrees Celsius while coastal and low land areas get up to 35 - 38 degrees Celsius.

Besides the region along Ohrid lake Albania Property Group managed to recruit houses in the villages of Dardha and Voskopoja (Korca Region). Both of them are also holiday destinations where people go for mountain climate, local traditional food, and to spend holidays in winter when there is a lot of snow.

There has been a very positive reaction by local community who appreciates our efforts, because it is the first time that their holiday homes can be rented online.
