The Advertising Production Club of NYC Announces Record Scholarship Donations for 2014-2015

New York, NY (1888PressRelease) June 19, 2015 - The Advertising Production Club of NY today has announced a record $50,000 donation to the Graphic Communications Scholarship Foundation for the 2014-2015 fiscal year, to help local families send their talented children to college to study the graphic arts and/or media production.

Through this generous donation by the APC-NYC, 10 scholarships will be underwritten for the 2015-2016 school year.

The APC-NYC distributed the scholarship money to the students through the Graphic Communications Scholarship Foundation at an event at the Hearst Tower in NYC where the students and their parents were present to receive their scholarship checks. The GCSF is the NY Advertising and Communications industries leading organization for student scholarships.

In addition to the Scholarship awards, the APC-NYC also announced that each student receives a free membership to the APC-NYC club for 1 year. The membership will allow the students to continue networking with industry peers by attending social and educational events that the club hosts for the industry throughout the year.
