From their scratch kitchens, the four Las Vegas locations will be offering $7 Zaba Bowls made with the finest, freshest ingredients and customers can choose any protein and any topping on Monday, May 5th, 2025.

    Ori’Zaba’s Las Vegas locations are in Downtown Summerlin, Centennial Hills, Green Valley and Spring Valley.

    The $7 Zaba Bowls will be available for dine in, carry out and pick up or delivery via Zabas.com or through the Ori’Zaba’s ZIP app on Monday, May 5th, 2025.

    Ori’Zaba’s Franchise Account and Business Solutions Manager Amber Ranzoni explained, “Cinco de Mayo is an honored tradition at Ori’Zaba’s and we want to give guests a taste of authentic old world Mexican flavors which are hard to find in Las Vegas.”

    People can pick grilled chicken, grilled steak, shredded beef, grilled lime shrimp, battered cod, JackAsada (jackfruit) or vegetarian guacamole as the basis of their bowls. Then, they can pick from a wide array of toppings such as: white rice, brown rice, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, black beans, pinto beans, fajita mix, pico de gallo (mild), corn salsa (medium), green salsa (medium-hot), roasted tomato salsa (hot), chipotle ranch dressing, cilantro pesto dressing (made with walnuts), balsamic vinaigrette dressing, sour cream, hand-shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, diced red onion, romaine lettuce, cabbage or limes.

    Patrons can add Original Queso, plant-based Queso Planta (made with cashews), roasted sliced jalapenos, fresh-cut guacamole or a half of a sliced avocado for a small additional cost.
