  • Springfield, MO (1888PressRelease) June 01, 2009 - All American Tree Service began a - For the Birds - Tree replanting campaign in Taney and Stone counties in Missouri. For every mature tree that the company must take down from June 1st to October 31st of this year - they are going to plant a new tree.

The owners of All American Tree Service (AATS), Billy and Luise Bird, have implemented this campaign due to the fact that this past winter was particularly hard on the local trees and many were damaged beyond repair. They also recognize that “Our trees are a valuable part of the natural beauty and natural habitat of the Ozark Mountains of southwest Missouri,” as stated by Luise Bird.

The plantings will take place in late Fall when the ground has started to cool and the trees are going into their winter dormancy. “There are many new developments in the area that have been cleared of all trees that need to have its trees replaced to preserve the rustic and natural character of our beautiful area,” observed Billy Bird. If you are interested in donating space to plant some or all of these trees or to help fund the cost of the trees, please contact All American Tree Service at www.allamericantree.com or call 417/335-8733.

As the exclusive tree service contractor for the city of Branson, AATS is committed to ensuring all tree removals and plantings are performed as described in the City of Branson Tree Manual to continue its Tree City USA designation by the National Arbor Day Foundation. All American Tree Service also offers, as a free service to builders, the installation of tree protection barriers for all construction projects to help preserve the grand canopy trees that take many years to mature.
