    Mr. Hoffman has built his legal career on his significant class action experience. He spent several years as a contract attorney performing day-to-day legal research, review, and data gathering from early stage plan preparation through settlement of large class action lawsuits. In addition, Mr. Hoffman brings extensive knowledge and expertise in corporate and business law to the firm's Class Action team of attorneys. His broad business and legal skill set includes drafting and negotiating contracts, counsel on business assets and intellectual property, public and government affairs, and estate and succession planning.
