  • Youngstown-Warren, OH (1888PressRelease) September 09, 2014 - In the upper Midwest, residents have a long tradition of helping their neighbors. This weekend's Green Cathedral races follow in that tradition as corporate neighbor, Perfecta Products, will lend a helping hand to participants at the finish lines.

More than five hundred runners will be provided gift bags with free samples of Perfecta's popular product, Zim's Max-Freeze, after they finish each of the races. Samples will even be available for spectators.

Perfecta Products, with its national headquarters in North Lima, is proud to be the title sponsor of the half marathon that winds through the Wick Recreation Area. The half marathon starts at 8:30 a.m. on September 14, 2014. Other races for the day include a Kids Fun Run at 8:00 a.m. and a 5K Run/Walk at 8:45 a.m.

"Throughout the year, we give away nearly one million samples of our products via store promotions or at races across the country. We want runners of all ages to give it their best, cross the finish line, and stay in great health doing it,'' said Perfecta Products' Director of Marketing & Sales, Mark Smith. "Each one of our efforts towards promoting physical fitness and providing temporary relief to sore aching muscles is important to our mission. Our hometown race fills us with great pride in knowing we're helping neighbors."

Perfecta Products was founded over 60 years ago to help cement workers with their dry, cracked hands and feet with its flagship product, Zim's Crack Creme. Today, Perfecta Products has since grown into a dynamic line of product that combines the best of nature with science.

Zim's Max-Freeze is a topical pain relief gel designed for athletes, active lifestyles, and weekend warriors. It provides a fast-acting, cooling effect that is soothing when applied to sore muscles and joints. It may offer temporary pain relief when it's needed most, especially after running a half marathon.

Max-Freeze contains the organic ingredients Aloe Vera, Arnica and Ilex along with Vitamin E and Tea Tree Oil. It does not contain parabens, sulfates or coloring, and is not tested on animals. It is proudly made in the USA.

Max-Freeze is sold at major food, drug and mass retailers nationwide. It is available in a variety of delivery methods including gel, roll-on, and continuous spray. The Zim's product line aims to expand consumers' options for quality topical products using both advancements in science along with natural ingredients.
