September 25, 2009 - Mumbai - Z3 will pay tribute to legendary brand Deep Purple by getting together some of India’s top bands to perform at Z3’s Purple Tour starting October 8th 2009. The bands performing are Crimson, One Night Stand and Perfect Strangers and they will belt out some of Deep Purple’s biggest hits.
VJ turned actor Luke Kenny will reinterpret some timeless Deep Purple songs along with some not-so-popular gems and host the evening’s proceedings. The event will kick off in Delhi on 8th October followed by Mumbai, Hard Rock Cafe (15th October) and Chennai at F Bar (25th October).
The gigs are a must attend for all rock and rolls fans who like to like to relax in style after work to their favourite classic Deep Purple hits.
The Deep Purple Tribute by Z3 also marks the recent launch of its Purple collection. The shirts are available in a range of relaxed, luxurious casual shirts across stripes and checks.
