January 21, 2008 - Susanne Kind, of Your kind of Nutrition, will be conducting a 90-minute fun and interactive workshop entitled “Eating For Energy”. This workshop will be held at The Yoga Darshana Center, 180 Great East Neck Road, West Babylon, NY., from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on Wednesday, February 6. This exciting, workshop, offers healthy, fun food and lifestyle tips for building up and maintaining a high quality of energy and health in your every day life.
"Most health-conscious individuals are struggling to overcome the barriers to making the right food choices," said Kind, owner of Your Kind of Nutrition. “In just 1 ˝ hours, participants will begin to gain an understanding on what have been their blocks to energy, and what steps they can take to increase energy levels in a natural and healthy way.”
