July 10, 2009 - This award is to crown companies with unique recruitment programs designed to acquire the best candidates and set them to take an advanced role in the organization as a whole.
This year, the award witnessed a significant increase in the number of participants whereby the number of entries doubled and the competition for the top regional accolades has become harder than ever. Final judging was carried out by a board of distinguished judges and advisors that feature many of the leading figures in regional contact centre industry. Xceed was awarded the “Best Recruitment Program Award” after a rigorous judging process.
