September 24, 2008 - Birmingham, UK - Xceed has participated in the Egyptian pavilion, among four (4) other Egyptian co-exhibitors. The pavilion was set out under the auspices of the Egyptian Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
Call Centre Expo (CCE) has always been one of Europe’s chief exhibitions for professionals committed to delivering improvement in the customer contact industry. The 2007 Call Centre Expo has attracted 5503 visitors and more than 300 exhibitors from all over the globe. This year, Call Centre Expo and Customer Management Exhibition will take place together at the NEC on the 16th and 17th of September which will bring over 325 suppliers of the latest products and services.
In this respect, Ossama Nazmi, Xceed’s Marketing and Business Development Vice President, commented “We are thrilled to be taking part in CCE this year, which serves as gateway for Xceed to showcase its services portfolio to a selection of potential clients.”
