July 31, 2007 - One Call Property Care is a brand new company serving the Twin Cities of Minnesota by offering an innovative new approach to property management. Traditional property management companies work with commercial properties and rental units. One Call Property Care manages mostly residential properties and does not collect rents. Instead, One Call Property Care helps homeowners streamline the maintenance of their property.
First, homeowners pick from a broad range of services which One Call Property Care provides. From carpet cleaning to lawn mowing, duct cleaning to snow plowing. Then, One Call Property Care takes the measurements inside & outside the property. Customers are then billed a flat monthly rate for the services they choose - similar to a town home association fee. This great new concept in property management is the collaboration of Co-owners Patrick McGuiness and Cory Starkweather. McGuiness is a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and a 2006 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Starkweather is a 2002 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and is a licensed CPA.
