January 05, 2008 - WTN Services ®-1800Flowers® is hosting their 2nd Annual “World Class Service Training Series Workshops specific to Wineries - January 14th and 15th. Class sizes are limited to the first 20 individuals per session. The session is from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. and includes lunch.
These workshops are hosted by 1800Flowers®- Fresh University Director, Neil Halloran. Neil’s approach to training has been recognized for his innovative style of presentation in a non-intimidating manner. Neil has developed an entire educational curriculum using a "University type" program. His curriculum has been acclaimed as a unique training program by several academic institutions. The classes are scheduled 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. January 14th and 15th and are themed,” Leadership & Sales Excellence 2.0." These classes are free but are limited in size for quality of presentation. The class offerings will be conveniently hosted at Yountville’s Lincoln Theater conference center.
