February 24, 2009 - London - The conference host announces online or offline that they will be available by phone at a specific time in the future. At the specified time, they dial an 800 number and control the conference in real-time on their internet-enabled PC.
Callers worldwide then dial in via premium rate numbers. Callers can choose to be placed in a queue for a chance to speak to the host, or simply listen in.
