    About the Author
    Donald Thomas, born September 21, 1953, is a native of Brooklyn, New York, who has lived in Hawaii since 1981. He is a graduate of Antioch University West, with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Science with a concentration in holistic health.

    Recognized as one of the pioneers in the fields of sports nutrition, minority health disparities and healthy aging, Thomas is a sought after lecturer and personal health consultant internationally.

    He and his wife Pamela, currently live on the Big Island of Hawaii with their four dogs Ms. Frankie II, Ms. Johnnie Mae, Queen Storm and King T'Challa, whose diets will be the subject of his next book.
