Loss Mitigation Counseling: (Keep Home) This service is provided by 1 of 2 companies that are part of the CSG service network. Loss Mitigation is a counciling service that allows a professional to negotiate an alternative payment plan with the homeowners lender. This service does require a fee upfront by the homeowner and the fee will be decided by our outsource partner. We do not collect any fees for this service directly and nor are we responsible for the acceptance of a customer for loss mitigation.
Lease-back: (Keep Home) This service is powered by our Investor Network which is made up of 2 companies. These companies will list your clients home on a Investor Website and any interested buyers of the home will reply with an offer. In a lease-back the investor must lease the home back to the homeowner for a period of one year and allow the homeowner to buy the home at a fixed cost during that period of time. 70% LTV and $100,000 + value required.
Refinance: (Keep Home) We can refinance a home with 70% LTV and $100,000 + value.
Property Sale: (Sell Home) This service is powered by our Investor Network which is made up of 2 companies. These companies will list your clients home on a Investor Website and any interested buyers of the home will reply with an offer. 70% LTV and $100,000 + value required.
