Beach Garfield Shopping Center, located in Huntington Beach, and Plaza Rancho Penasquitos and Prado Rancho Penasquitos, located in San Diego, are retail centers jointly owned by SunBrewer Partners LP and Hiroyasu Nakano.
West Coast Retail Management will provide each property with management, financial analysis and accounting, leasing and merchandising, marketing, and construction supervision services.
