  • (1888PressRelease) July 26, 2015 - Top West African talent managers in the oil and gas industry will converge at the West Africa Oil & Gas Talent Summit, in Accra from the 27th of October 2015 to discuss innovative talent management strategies in the face of the many challenges besetting the industry today. Oil prices have dropped by nearly 50% since mid-2014. The industry has seen its longest running slump in the midst of increasing competition for market share, talent and resources. This is necessitating a very innovative yet frugal approach to the management of resources, particularly people resources.

    Senior delegates and speakers from Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, South Africa, UK and USA will be joining the talent conversation featuring summit master classes, expert sessions laced with fun and business networking.
