USAStimulus.com suggests that a program of purchasing products and services locally will prolong the beneficial circulation of the tax rebate.

Akron, OH (1888PressRelease) April 13, 2008 - USAStimulus.com presents scenarios to increase the circulation of money from the tax rebate stimulus program checks through purchase of local products and services. By doing business with those who pledge to also do business locally, more people can be helped and a greater stimulus can be accomplished. These purchases may be coordinated with local revitalization programs using the stimulus to increase community involvement. Businesses can increase the awareness of their tax and payroll contributions to the neighborhood.

"We created this website as a community service," explained Jeff Limpert, "to help neighborhoods and communities make the most of this opportunity." Limpert expressed his belief that individuals can get what they want and help their neighbors, too. The principals of the "Community $ Participant" campaign are Jeff and ConiAnn Limpert who operate a business in the city of Rittman, Ohio located south of Cleveland and west of Akron.

"Many communities are struggling to revitalize during this difficult financial and housing market adjustment. It comes down to individuals, families, neighbors and communities to make an economy work," stated ConiAnn Limpert, site coordinator of http://www.usastimulus.com.

By using the ideas offered on the site, people are encouraged to hire local help to get the services they need or to spend their rebate checks with businesses that pledge to buy more locally. Down-loadable signs and logos are available (free of charge) to help participants involve more of the community. The program is suitable for villages, small towns, cities, and neighborhoods within larger cities.

For example when a city considers a new sports arena, people argue that the money generated by the arena may be circulated several times before leaving the city. This provides more employment for residents and better cash flow for everyone. "This is the core of the "Community $ Participant" Program," Mr. Limpert said. "I especially like the currency campaign that we encourage everyone to adopt. It also adds a dimension of fun to the project."

Mrs. Limpert has been involved with developing Rittman's strategic plan and is working with several groups to revitalize the downtown area and the local economy. Her experience as former downtown retailer has educated her to the needs and problems faced in many similar situations.

Local media may adopt this concept to increase their advertising before and during the stimulus check distribution. The articles on the web site are available for reprint if authorship is retained.
