Weather Is To Cold To Plant Tomato Seedlings

Due to the weather your tomato seedlings need more time inside.

(1888PressRelease) April 09, 2007 - Your organic tomato seeds have turned into beautiful tomato seedlings but due to this unusually cold weather it is still to early to plant them into your garden.

Kansas City is not the only city experiencing unusually cold weather. Problem is the tomato seeds you planted a few weeks ago have out grown their seed trays. Therefore, you will need to run into your local gardening store and grab a few supplies: peat pot and dirt mixture (1/3 top soil, 1/3 compost, 1/3 Hummus with manure).

Carefully take your tomato plants out of the seed trays and transplant them into peat pots.

Peat pots will be your tomato seedling new resting and growing place until the weather turns back into spring.
