November 24, 2008 - RICHMOND, KY - WealthBridge Connect has signed Jay McChord, President and CEO of WorkplaceBuzz as an Affiliate Faculty Member to develop educational content for WealthBridge Connect’s interactive eLearning platform. Mr. McChord will contribute to leadership, management and dynamic systems content for WealthBridge Connect members.

Born in Lexington, KY, McChord graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1991 where he distinguished himself athletically by becoming a three-year letter man at UK as the University’s “Wildcat” Mascot - the first in the school’s history to place in national competitions. Upon graduation McChord has spent the past 14 years in the financial services industry in various capacities. McChord first ran his own business with New York Life, and later served as Marketing Director/ Director of Government Affairs for an international niche financial services firm. For the past 8 years McChord has become a recognized authority on Generational Communication in today's workplace. He speaks and consults with companies and organizations from around the globe on getting the best from all generations. Along with running WorkplaceBuzz and serving on numerous charitable boards, McChord was recently elected to a second term on the City Council of Lexington, KY.
