January 19, 2007 - VANCOUVER, BC, JANUARY 18, 2007: MovieSet™ (www.movieset.com) is excited to announce an opportunity for movie fans to experience the making of That One Night, written and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Rick Alyea. Movie fans simply have to visit thatonenight.movieset.com, where they will be able to access call sheets, set stills, behind-the-scenes video footage and video blogs hosted by Rick Alyea.
MovieSet™ is especially excited to announce that they will also be providing streaming video live from the set of That One Night, between January 28th and February 1st, 2007. During that time, movie fans will be able to watch the filming of That One Night’s club scenes. Please note – if there any changes to this schedule, they will be posted at thatonenight.movieset.com.
That One Night, which is currently being filmed in Vancouver, B.C., is an exciting comedy about dating that revolves around the re-unification of five college friends who have drifted apart since entering the workforce. Crystal Lowe (Black Christmas, Final Destination 3), Amanda Crew (Whistler) Benjamin Arthur (Gray Switches), Paul Anthony (Eighteen, Blade Trinity), Lucie Guest (Totally Awesome), Tom Butler (Everything’s Gone Green), Lindsay Maxwell (Decoys 2), Ben Cotton (Cabin Movie), Andrea Lui (The Nine), and Dax Belanger (The Mechanic) headline the cast.
Providing the online behind-the-scenes content is part of a beta-testing phase for MovieSet™, a new and unique web experience that presents fans with a glimpse into the film production process, including video streaming, live from set. “We are thrilled to give movie fans the unique opportunity of experiencing what it’s like to be on the set of a film” says MovieSet™ founder Colleen Nystedt. “This is a win-win-win situation for That One Night, movie fans and MovieSet™ in terms of potential exposure.”
