  • Utica-Rome, NY (1888PressRelease) February 18, 2014 - What an excellent year 2013 was for AniChe Cellars! The all women wine maker team garnered excellent scores and medals demonstrating yet again that consumers and wine industry experts find wine blends are the new hot industry commodity! Consumers are demonstrating a desire for balanced wines that are food friendly, lower in alcohol and astringency and offer a palate cleansing acidity.

The recent 20% growth rate of wine blends over $20, as well as the huge growth rates of French and Italian imports reveals a buying trend that favors more balanced wines in blends while moving away from domestically produced varietal wines.

AniChe Cellars focuses mainly on blends. Below are the latest medals earned by the AniChe team.
