Vargo, a professional business intermediary with more than 10 years of experience, has been promoted to president and senior managing partner.
In this role, Vargo is responsible for overseeing on-going operations of the firm. Additionally, in implementing policies and providing leadership for the team of associates, Vargo will also continue to be involved in business sales and mergers and acquisitions specializing in manufacturing, distribution, services, and national and international multi-unit franchise and franchisor sectors.
