July 26, 2007 - The Norfolk Tourism website, one of the most popular destination sites in the UK, has created a new ‘Guide to the Great Days Out’ section designed to help visitors get more information about the range of things to do and see across the county.
The new guide has been divided into different sections to help visitors find the right information easily and quickly. The new sections include information on things to do for families, children, older holidaymakers and even on the occasional rainy day.
“The website really does contain everything visitors need to make their visit to Norfolk memorable,” said Crispian Emberson, Director of Norfolk Tourism. “We have such a fantastic range of places to visit, which means that whether you like art, culture, sport, shopping or just having fun, the county has something to offer.”
The range of attractions spread across Norfolk is enormous. People can choose to explore the natural environment by cycling, walking or steam, look for thrills and spills at the theme parks and outdoor adventure centres, or spend time exploring the history of the area in the stately homes and gardens, galleries and museums.
