The Internet Service provider has recently sent invitation to attend a “mystery event” which is going to happen on the 15th December. But, actually what the event will be all about was not yet conformed. Many people were assuming that it will be a celebration for the launch of such a super-fast broadband package. Though, later on Virgin media has announced that the event of the mid-December will be for the launch of the 50Mbps broadband service.
The Internet speeds of Virgin media have already overcome their competitors. With the up-gradation and implementation of the fibre-optics network, the users of the broadband services would be benefited by availing supremely fast Internet connection. Such speed is relatively much faster than other Internet Service Providers like BT's copper cable ADSL lines.
The new applicants of the high-speed broadband service will receive a 50Mbps DOCSIS 3.0 tier, pictures of which are available on the Internet that were released few months back.
