August 21, 2008 - VANCOUVER, BC - Tour de Feast catering ( www.tourdefeast.com ) was established in 2004 by Owner and Executive Chef Andrew Philippov.
“My vision is to establish long lasting relationships with customers and allow them more time to do the things they love, knowing Tour de Feast is taking care of their food and beverage needs”, says Chef Andrew. Catering everything from corporate breakfasts and lunches to large dinner parties, including outdoor barbecues, Chef Andrew keeps very busy. Although Chef Andrew has a large selection of dishes, his clients can choose from, he is also very prepared to customize any menu for any occasion. Tour de Feast will offer their clients for example, an Indonesian Buffet which includes Spinach and Mandarin Salad, Grilled Chicken in Coconut Ginger Sauce, Gado Gado or an Indian Buffet which includes Baby Greens with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Butter Chicken, Coconut Curry, Vegetable Basmati Rice with cinnamon. Each corporate event, wedding or cocktail party, that Tour de Feast caters, is carefully planned by Chef Andrew and his staff.
Growth is happening each day for Tour de Feast. As new clients discover the scrumptious food and elaborate events, expansion is on the horizon. Chef Andrew and his company Tour de Feast, hope for the chance to handle some even larger challenges in the future including the local Film Industry. For now the company will continue to take on new challenges.
