October 04, 2007 - After a stellar debut at City Limits Delray, Rayko and his band bring it a little closer to home with back-to-back performances at Miami’s legendary Tobacco Road (which turns 95 in Nov).
Thursday night, October 4th, at “the Road” its “All Original Music Night”. Rayko/KRB will be playing alongside ‘White Lace & Strange’, ‘The Re-Returns’ and ‘Intoxicated’.
On Friday, October 5th, Rayko/KRB will be headlining “OskiFest 2007”. This annual event celebrates Tobacco Road’s own, DJ Oski’s birthday. There will be 20 bands performing live on four different stages throughout the evening, including ‘Beyond d' Silance’, ‘Nature's Fury’, ‘Thekut’, ‘Oski Foundation’, ‘My Soul 2 Keep’, ‘Pretty on Paper’, ‘Bullypussy’, ‘Highrise’, ‘The Sex Prophets’, ‘Inhabit’, ‘Hyimn’, ‘Rolo o Trio’, ‘Ferro’, ‘King James’, ‘Radio X’, ‘Sedis’, ‘Section 8’, ‘Dialect’, and ‘Bangout’.
This Saturday, October 6th, Rayko/KRB presents a highly anticipated “All Ages” show at The Wallflower Gallery in downtown Miami. The incredibly talented Jacob Groten will start off the party as Rayko’s special guest.
Rayko's tour to support his new release, "The RockStar Poor LP", focuses on crowd pleasing jams, and features a very non-traditional band made up of DJs, guitar players, and sizzling background singers. Glam is back in a big way in their tight, non-stop music set that mirrors the album with intense beats, delectable grooves, and dreamy acoustic ballads.
