July 05, 2008 - Today, unsigned artist n00bil33t (pronounced "Noob Elite") released their club track “Computer Games” and announcing their support for free downloadable music. In a move to shake up the record industry, n00biL33t’s new single will be offered to the public under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license, so that the people around the world can legally copy, distribute, and share the track.
“Taking inspiration from some of the most popular video games of the last decade, ’Computer Games’ was produced entirely on the computer and distributed over the Internet” says n00biL33t. “We wanted to work in the spirit of gaming and electronic music.”
N00biL33t are offering the video clip as a free download on YouTube and noobileet.com from today.
