Unique coaching workshops provide what women business owners need

Seraphim Sphere the name of workshops provided by Karen Kleinwort who will serve a group of professional women will focus on offering solutions to everyday business challenges.

Portland-Vancouver, OR-WA (1888PressRelease) June 30, 2009 - Here’s a fantasy to quicken your pulse if you’re a woman who owns her own business.

Imagine that you meet every week with three other women who are there to coach you about your business in a workshop style format. What that means is that they brainstorm and use laser-sharp focus on you … only you … to help you with challenges you may be having, solutions you want to see – anything that your heart desires about your business.

When is the last time someone focused on you and you alone to help you with a problem? OK therapists don’t count.

This unique approach to women and their businesses has been developed into a workshop by Oregon business owner and mom Karen Kleinwort. Kleinwort will take four women at a time – both in person and online – through this creative form of group coaching in four-week increments. Registration for the workshops, called Seraphim Sphere, opened up in June and classes will begin in September 2009.

Kleinwort says the types of challenges women may be addressing will present themselves once the workshops are underway but here are several topics that she anticipates seeing:
• balancing home and work
• making time and space for self during the work day
• marketing
• public relations
• budgeting
• organization
• hiring and releasing of employee(s)

Kleinwort, who is a craniosacral therapist as well as coach, says one of the unique features of the workshops is the confidentiality aspect. “We will be providing our participants the element of confidentiality and non-disclosure because we support each of our participant's success and to ensure their unique ideas are protected and held in confidence, we have put this in place to provide an initial space of trust, confidence, security, and openness,” Kleinwort says.

This group of professional women will focus on offering solutions to everyday business challenges, according to Kleinwort.

In-person workshops will take place at Kleinwort’s Wilsonville, Oregon offices. It will also be held via webcast. Out of the area participants only need Internet access with a webcam and microphone to join the series.

At the end of the series each participant will have access to the shared information gathered such as the weekly intentions, contacts, action item tools and tasks to download via Adobe, MP3 format through the website.
