February 20, 2008 - Like most mothers who venture into business, Kristine Clair- Santos is a stay-at-home mom who opted to help add to the family income while being able to personally attend to her little one. However, her business began quite differently. After giving birth to her first child, driven by her mom's interest in cake decorating, Kristine enrolled in a series of cake decorating courses. Before she even completed all her classes, she was already making cakes for different family occassions like baby showers, birthdays or as simple thank you gifts!
