UFG Alteram Chooses Cogendi’s C*neo As Its Integration And Analysis Platform

Cogendi, a software publisher for traditional and alternative multi-management companies is pleased to announce that its software package c*neo has gone into production at UFG Alteram, an alternative investments specialist and a subsidiary of the Credit Mutuel Nord Europe group.

(1888PressRelease) May 12, 2007 - UFG Alteram has selected c*neo as the engine for its analytical processes. The software package will facilitate the integration and harmonisation of external data, the characterisation of funds, provide quantitative analysis and produce dynamic customised reports.

Cogendi’s c*neo software package is a unique information system designed for players in the fund of funds and fund management industry. The application software enables users to integrate, monitor and share information, build and manage portfolios (multi-frequency, multi-currency), and create dynamic reports. c*neo is not a standard or predefined product but rather an intuitive solution that can be adapted to the user’s business vision and organisation.

"We are extremely proud that UFG Alteram, a major player in European alternative multi-management has chosen our solution. c*neo corresponds perfectly to the requirements of sophistication and flexibility required by UFG Alteram and is ideally adapted to its specific approach to the business, both at the present time and as its requirements evolve ", indicates Guillaume Velut, CEO of Cogendi.

"Whereas traditional tools for Asset Management proved unsuitable, c*neo, which possesses the rare ability to filter funds dynamically on the basis of a multitude of quantitative and qualitative filters, provides a motor that enables investment universes to be formatted and categorised according to our specific prism. In addition, it enables us to generate all the statistics we need", declares Fabien Leduc, fund manager with UFG Alteram.
