The Center for Rural Affairs' Rural Enterprise Assistance Project (REAP) in collaboration with the Plattsmouth Chamber of Commerce will host a five-week Business Plan Basics beginning Tuesday, September 14, and continuing through Tuesday, October 12, 2010.
