May 16, 2009 - Two China business-experienced Western professionals, Wilhelm Stoker and James Mensching launched Hope Tech Global in early 2009. “One of the primary reasons we launched Hope Tech Global was to be able to offer our clients in the Global Tech Industry the capability to meet all of their Electronic Product solution needs through lower-cost China while offering the professionalism and security of Western management of their Intellectual Property,” says James Mensching, Vice-General Manager of Hope Tech Global.
The previous Western managed Electronic Manufacturing company in Beijing, Pritronics, closed its doors in November of 2008. Wilhelm Stoker and James Mensching who worked for Pritronics together decided to continue this endeavor with a new focus: Electronic Product Design while being able to leverage their already established China supply chain.
While Wilhelm Stoker and James Mensching worked for Pritronics in Beijing, China for some time, they both have excellent previous Western business experience that they hope will add significant value for their customers. Wilhelm fares from South Africa where he worked as an electrical engineer for 5+ years and then another 5 years in China. Wilhelm speaks four languages fluently and is the General Manager and Lead Designer.
James Mensching comes from the United States where he helped several businesses in the areas of management, human resources and marketing. One of those companies was Enterprise Rent A Car where he helped lead the Airport Initiative to 5 JD Power & Associates Awards during his 8 year tenure. Wilhelm and James hopes that their new endeavor will provide the Global Tech Industry the easy and affordable solutions its looking for.
