  • (1888PressRelease) May 19, 2015 - Noida : The School of Communication, Media & Film (SCMF) of Pearl Academy Noidaorganised 'CMF Festival 2015'in its premises recently. The two day event encompassed exhibition, presentations, industry experts' sessions and plethora of fun activities around two key themes - Gaming and Stop Motion Animation.

    Workshop on Stop Motion Animation was led by Jeneva Talwarwho provided students with some useful insights on the world of animation. In another workshop by Naveen Verma, famously known as 'Nino',he interacted with the students about his reative journey in the field of Digital Advertising and all things web. Himanshu Khanna, who runs his own UX design firm Sparklin and is well-known for using Gamification extensively in his projects, conducted another workshop on Gaming at the CMF festival.

    During the two day fun extravaganza,many students displayed their creative work to the industry speakers and other visitors. Krishna Sarohi, one of the students presented a game named 'Emotional Game project' which she had developed. Another set of students including Anulekha Chaudhary, Priyal Mehta andShriya Bhattacharya shared some interesting ideas on gaming.

    Nien Siao, Director, Pearl Academy Noida, concluded the event and congratulated all the winners and participants for making the Festival a memorable one. "It was a fun-filled and out-of-the-box kind of festival that perfectly served the purpose of experimental learning. I am glad to see that how we can make learning an easy and interactive process for the students with such engaging activities.     The CMF Festival 2015 was also jam packed with fun competitions in Gaming and Stop Motion Animation leading to attractive prizes and freebies.
