March 06, 2009 - Social travel guide tripwolf.com announces the official opening of its write to win blogging contest, for the prize of a Flip MinoHD camera. Participants are asked to share their "only in" travel stories--those stories that most define their trip or the destination--for the chance to win. Complete contest information, including submission requirements and deadlines, can be found at http://www.tripwolf.com/en/page/bloggers.
The submission process is straight forward: write a blog post, link to the tripwolf page related to the story location, and email maria (at) tripwolf (dot) com the URL of your post. Representatives from tripwolf will choose three entries, and the tripwolf community will then vote for their favorite.
"One of the reasons we designed a social travel guide is that a story from a peer is more valuable than generic trip information," says Sebastian Heinzel, tripwolf CEO. "With this contest, we're encouraging globetrotters to share their stories to inspire others to travel."
All entries must be posted by April 15, 2009. The top three submissions, as chosen by tripwolf will be posted on April 27, 2009. Voting will be open from April 27 to May 15, 2009. And the winner will be formally announced on May 18, 2009.
tripwolf is a collaborative social network for globetrotters to share travel experiences, give real-time advice and search for both user-generated and professional editorial travel content on the best places to visit.
