The service will give Tri-Mortgage, LLC customers ease and convenience when selecting and applying for a mortgage.

The structure of the joint venture is such that Tri-Mortgage, LLC employees will become co-employed with North American Real Estate Services, a Pac Bancorp company. All origination will be under North American Real Estate Services or North American Home Funding- depending on the region of the country the mortgage application originated from. The new name and logo will be PacBancMortgage.com North American Real Estate Services and the website is simply PacBancMortgage.com. Pac Banc Mortgage will not be completing banking operations for Pac Bancorp furthermore PacBancMortgage.com is not required to affiliate in any way with the Pac Bancorp banking institution.
