Beata Zytka, who has a more than 16 years' experience in the executive search industry, manages the office. Previously from Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds, Beata has conducted senior level searches for clients in Poland, Central and Eastern Europe. She says: “This is an exciting time for Eastern Europe as we find ourselves with a robust economy and continued foreign investment.
