The office in Miami is an established, independently owned executive search firm focusing on high-level executive management positions in USA, Caribbean and Latin America. The business was originally founded to cover the Telecommunications and Technology industries, which represents 75 to 80% of its clientele and has acquired expertise in Real State & Construction, Energy & Biotechnology, Business & Consulting Services, Education & Non-Profit, and Consumer Goods.
Luisa heads a strong team of seven professionals and maintains a reputation for exercising a personal approach to satisfying client demand for top talent. Previously, Luisa held various roles as the VP of Sales and HR for Miami-based Latin America telecommunications companies, including Americatel Corporation and Texcom, S.A. With over 20 years of experience in Principal and senior executive roles, Luisa has an in-depth background in human resources, infrastructure development, and executive leadership.
