November 15, 2007 - As a congratulations for their efforts in stepping forward to run and win their respective elections, Carissa Brown (president), Olivia Natola (vice president), Adrianna Garrett (Treasurer) and Meredith Lane (Secretary) received a pizza party courtesy of Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac.
“Being a freshman in a new school the size of Plymouth North is tough enough, but putting yourself out there to run for an office really says a lot about your character,” said Jeff Tracy, president of Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac, who also delivered the pizza. “Carissa, Olivia, Adrianna and Meredith are truly representative of what we’re trying to recognize with The Driven Student program.”
In addition to being treated to a pizza party, also attended by their class advisors Mrs. Foley and Ms. Kennedy as well as the Freshman Academy Housemaster Kevin Farrell, the girls received Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac golf shirts.
“We’re extremely grateful to Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac for recognizing the efforts of these students. They certainly have distinguished themselves in their brief high school careers and we look for bigger and better things to come from this leadership team,” said Farrell.
Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac’s Driven Student program recognizes Plymouth high school students for their performance and achievements in and out of the classroom. Awarded on a monthly basis, recipients are selected by faculty and advisors at the student’s given school.
