May 04, 2007 - Toyota Land announces the availability of the 2007 Avalon at its dealership. Avalon, which is the company’s largest sedan, has got bigger than its predecessors. It has been added even more punch.
The 2007 Avalon comes in a few versions, chief among them being the XL, Touring and the XLS. The power is standard at 268 hp, which is packed into the 3.5-liter, V6, five-speed automatic transmission engine. It has quite some safety features, such as the all-disc antilock brakes, side-impact airbags, electronic brake-force distribution and so on.
There are four trim levels: XL, Touring, XLS and Limited. Even the base XL comes loaded with standard equipment. The Touring model is the sporty Avalon, with 17-inch wheels, a more firmly tuned suspension, an all-black interior and aluminum trim detail. The XLS is more upscale with premium features, including a moonroof and a six-CD changer. The leather-lined Limited serves as the model's top-of-the-line trim.
