March 18, 2009 - Timbercon will be exhibiting at OFC / NFOEC 2009, Booth # 1103, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, March 24 - 26, 2009. Available for view will be fiber optic cable assemblies for many applications and industries including assemblies used in: telecommunications, data storage, networking, medical, defense and broadcast. Over 90 fiber optic cable assemblies will be displayed at the booth.
An added component to this year's participation: 'Bring your MTP Brand connector to OFC'. Timbercon's booth is conveniently located across the aisle from US Conec, Booth # 1102. A Timbercon Key Account Manager will inspect your cable, followed by a visit to Brian Teague, the Product Manager for US Conec, for MTP Brand connector cleaning and an endface visual inspection. In addition to their comprehensive line of cleaning kits, US Conec is a specialist in MTP Brand connectors and adapters. If you do not have an MTP cable assembly available, Timbercon will have sample cables available to demonstrate the process.
