Founded by Terje Haakonsen and industry innovators in 2002, the Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour is a non-profit, rider-driven organisation that aims to represent the progression of snowboarding. To create a clear rookie-to-pro structure, the TTR World Snowboard Tour is based on global grass root and key independent freestyle snowboarding events. Events are rated via a 1-through-6 Star system, with points allocated accordingly, a 6 Star event holding the highest. Any rider participating in these events, from up-and-coming to professional, will earn TTR Ranking Points and a position on the TTR Ranking List presented by Swatch. The top male and female rider is crowned Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour Champion.

	Innsbruck, Austria. The application process for snowboard events to join the Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour Calendar 07/08 is now open as TTR publishes its revised Star Tier Event Guidelines and Event Application for the upcoming season.

	In mutable Spring weather, slopestyle snowboarder Ville Uotila (FIN) pulled off a worthy victory at the TTR THREE(3)STAR Absolut Park Spring Battle, Flachauwinkl, Salzburger Land, Austria, 31st March- 1st April, 07.

03 APR	Shaun White (USA) & Torah Bright (AUS) - Their Journey To The TTR World Snowboard Tour Champion Title
	The Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour proudly welcomed two new champions to the wall of glory as the second annual crowning of the Men’s and Women’s TTR World Champions went to snowboard stars, Shaun White (USA) and Torah Bright (AUS).

	Innsbruck, Austria. The British Snowboarding Championships (The Brits) TTR THREE(3)STAR Event took place in Laax, Switzerland 10th-17th march 2007 under blue skies and spring like conditions allowing the best British riders to throw down.

21 MAR	TTR THREE(3)STAR World Rookie Fest Finals Declares Lupunski (RUS) & Gsponer (SUI) World Rookie Champions
	Kuehtai, Austria. Last weekend saw the rookies take over the Slopestyle Kuhtai’s K-park as TTR THREE(3)STAR event, the World Rookie Fest 07, as young Russian rider Sergey Lupunski (RUS) & Nicole Gsponer (SUI) claimed the titles, 14th-18th March, 2007.

20 MAR	Shaun White (USA) Is Crowned Men’s Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour Champion 06/07 At US Open
	Stratton, Vermont. Based on his first place position at today’s Halfpipe Result in the TTR SIX(6)STAR 25th Burton US Open Snowboard Championships, Shaun White (USA) is the new Men’s TTR World Snowboard Tour 06/07 Champion.
