Cincinnati, OH-KY-IN (1888PressRelease)
November 18, 2009 - Debbie Quintana, founder of The Women’s Networking Alliance, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Bevan as a Chapter President.
WNA was founded in 2007 and has recently announced its national program. Founder Debbie Quintana has chosen twelve new chapter presidents, including Lisa Bevan of Westerville, Ohio. “Lisa has a natural ability and drives to help others. She is an amazing example of what WNA is all about. I’m very proud to have her on our team,” said Quintana. Lisa is one of twelve new chapter presidents Quintana is putting on throughout the United States including New York, Mississippi, Indiana and California. "We have an amazing opportunity to help women in business and Lisa will be a greater leader for us."
When asked about her motivation to start her chapter of WNA, Lisa said, “When I heard about WNA, I was thrilled! It is everything that I've been looking for - It's about not only building relationships but also focusing on helping each other grow as professional business women - while providing all the resources needed to get started and run a successful group.” Bevan is an active volunteer within her community and the owner of My Gift Basket Ideas, a national gift basket company.
This chapter of The Women's Networking Alliance is forming now with women who are owners of small businesses in the Westerville area. The chapter will meet on a regular basis to help one another generate business and grow themselves professionally through a variety of activities. WNA is also about community involvement and will be challenged with contributing in some form to our local community. Bevan has clearly spelled out the type of woman business owner she’s looking to join her chapter, “I honestly don't care if they've been in business for a month or 20 years. I'm looking for professional women who are looking for a supportive community to share ideas, build relationships and promote personal and professional growth, so that they can be confident leaders and succeed.”
