| Through the intermediary of a program initiated by the Mediation Center in Craiova with the support of the Cultural Center of the USA Embassy in Romania, the Ministry of Justice and the bar associations in Romania, starting with 2005, there have been training courses on mediation under the coordination of expert and experienced mediators from Washington DC – USA. As a consequence of the trainings in Craiova, mediation centers have been created in every county of our country; these centers have later on reunited under the the Union of the Mediation Centers in Romania. |
