About the Author
Cairo Styles, a Dallas, TX native, has been passionate about writing since the age of eight when he began publishing his own comic books. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Texas at Arlington, he immediately went to work on his first book. The night he brought home a used computer he bought from a pawn shop, a police raid was going down at the house over from him. With cop cars and burning flares all along his street, Cairo Styles hammered away at the keys of his computer and the first page of When Angry Shadows are Heard was born.
