March 21, 2007 - Yoga Spirit announces workshops in Toronto (June 8-10, 2007) and Vancouver (November 16-18, 2007), to be given by yoga expert Nischala Joy Devi, which will focus on yoga from a feminine perspective. These workshops and her book The Secret Power of Yoga: A woman’s guide to the heart and sprit of the yoga sutras, are for women looking to yoga not only for its amazing health and strengthening benefits, but also for a sense of peace and spiritual enlightenment.
