February 27, 2009 - The ROI Academy™ has been contracted by e-skills UK to measure the value of the ITQ to corporate clients.
The ITQ is a qualification based on building capability in the use of IT systems and software. The ROI Academy™ is developing a case study looking at the impact of the ITQ programmer within a major National Retailer.
E-skills UK is aware of anecdotal evidence suggesting that the return on investment to an organization that invests in the ITQ for staff can be substantial. Genny Dixon , programmer manager at e-skills UK , said “We wanted to turn anecdotal evidence into hard facts to support the business case for ITQ. We chose The ROI Academy to do the work because they have a practical, business model approach to valuing training.”
Hedda Bird , Founder Director of The ROI Academy™ said “Even in the first stages of our work we have uncovered substantial benefit to the client from the ITQ. We are delighted to be contributing to a process that could lead to these benefits being widely taken up across the workforce.”
